Our Commitment

VertaaUX is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continuously improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to ensure we provide equal access to all users.

As a platform that helps organizations improve their own UX and accessibility, we believe in practicing what we preach. We hold ourselves to the same high standards we recommend to our clients.

Conformance Status

VertaaUX is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. This means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to Level AA, but we are actively working to achieve full conformance.

Accessibility Features

  • Keyboard Navigation: All functionality available via keyboard with visible focus indicators
  • Skip Links: Press Tab on any page to access a skip link that bypasses navigation
  • Screen Reader Support: ARIA landmarks, live regions, and descriptive labels throughout
  • Color Contrast: Text and UI components meet WCAG AA contrast requirements
  • Reduced Motion: Respects operating system "reduce motion" preferences
  • Form Accessibility: Validation errors announced immediately with helpful recovery suggestions

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, there may be some limitations:

  • Some interactive charts may have limited screen reader support. We provide text alternatives for critical data.
  • Generated PDF reports may not be fully accessible to screen readers. Contact support for accessible report formats.

We are actively working to address these limitations.
